Most styles fit true to size. Some pointed-toe or thin-strap styles fit more snugly; you will find size advice in each product description. If you are between sizes, message us with your foot length.

For Shopee orders, simply submit a request in the Shopee app, in line with Shopee's policy. For Instagram orders, message us within 7 days of delivery with your tracking code and the size you need. We will guide you through sending the pair back and dispatch the new size as soon as it arrives. You cover shipping both ways. Instagram orders can only be exchanged for another size; we cannot offer a different style or a refund.

If your pair has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it with a new pair of the same style and size, with all shipping costs covered by WILBEU. For Shopee orders, you may also submit a request directly on Shopee.

If a detail comes loose, the glue lifts or a stitch comes undone in your first 30 days, just send us a photo on Zalo. We will review it and take care of it, either by repairing it or with another suitable solution. This benefit is for WILBEU members.
