- Mỗi mã đơn hàng chỉ được đăng ký một lần.
- Voucher chào mừng được gửi sau khi đơn hàng giao thành công 15 ngày và không phát sinh yêu cầu trả hàng/hoàn tiền.
- Đơn hàng bị trả, hoàn tiền hoặc không nhận hàng không được tính quyền lợi thành viên.
- Voucher đã dùng cho đơn hàng bị trả sẽ không được cấp lại.
- Bù đắp phụ kiện: trong 30 ngày kể từ ngày nhận hàng, mỗi đơn một lần, cần gửi ảnh qua Zalo.
- Thông tin của chị chỉ dùng để chăm sóc khách hàng và gửi ưu đãi; chị có thể yêu cầu xóa thông tin bất cứ lúc nào.
- Shop có quyền điều chỉnh điều khoản và sẽ thông báo trước trên website.
- Each order ID can be registered only once.
- The welcome voucher is sent 15 days after the order has been successfully delivered, provided no return or refund request has been made.
- Orders that are returned, refunded or not received do not qualify for member benefits.
- Vouchers used on an order that is later returned will not be reissued.
- Accessory replacement: within 30 days of delivery, once per order; please send a photo via Zalo.
- Your information is used only for customer care and to send you offers; you may ask us to delete it at any time.
- WILBEU may update these terms and will give advance notice on this website.

Thông tin shop thu thập: mã đơn hàng Shopee, số điện thoại Zalo, và ngày, tháng sinh nếu chị cung cấp (không hỏi năm sinh). Shop không thu thập họ tên hay địa chỉ.
Mục đích: xác nhận đơn hàng, chăm sóc khách hàng và gửi ưu đãi thành viên qua Zalo.
Nơi lưu trữ: cơ sở dữ liệu của Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1). Chỉ nhân viên được WILBEU cấp quyền mới xem được. Trang đăng ký dùng Cloudflare Turnstile để chống spam; địa chỉ IP chỉ được dùng tạm thời để giới hạn số lần gửi và không được lưu cùng thông tin của chị.
Yêu cầu xóa thông tin: chị nhắn cho shop qua Zalo hoặc Instagram @wilbeu_, shop sẽ xóa thông tin thành viên của chị.
What we collect: your Shopee order ID, your Zalo phone number, and your birthday (day and month only, if you choose to share it; we never ask for the year). We do not collect your name or address.
Why: to verify your order, to look after you as a customer and to send member offers via Zalo.
Where it is stored: in a Cloudflare database (Cloudflare D1). Only staff authorised by WILBEU can access it. The sign-up page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam; your IP address is used only temporarily to limit repeated submissions and is never stored with your information.
Deleting your information: message us on Zalo or on Instagram @wilbeu_ and we will delete your member information.
